Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Edit the Acceptance Criteria Templates

You will find the Acceptance Criteria grid in the Scoring tab.

Using the fields in this grid, you can determine which metrics to use in scoring. Your benchmark report will calculate a project's overall score by getting the average score of the acceptance criteria and benchmark attribute scores.

To edit the Acceptance Criteria template, complete the following:

  1. Click + Add Row.
  2. Select an Acceptance Criteria template from the drop-down menu options.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add more Acceptance Criteria templates.
